Is a rental car needed?
As all CorfuNap villas, vacation houses and apartments are located away from the tourist hubs and public transport – if available at all – is very sparse and thus a rental car is definitely recommended
Where can I shop?
For all CorfuNap accommodation in the Nature Reserve of Chalikounas and surrounding areas (Skidi, Prasoudi, Kanouli, Paramonas) the best grocery shopping option is the Coop Supermarket in Ag. Mattheos (depending on the property location 3 – 7 km away). Coop offers a free transfer from the accommodation to the store and back.
There is also a small mini-market near Gardiki and there are various shopping facilities in Moraitika, including an organic store.
Near to Ag. Mattheos you can find a dedicated fruit and vegetable shop which only sells products from its own farm and greenhouse
How do I look after myself during my holiday home stay?
All our CorfuNap villas, vacation houses and apartments are equipped with kitchens that allow self-catering. The basic equipment set consists of a fridge, stove, kettle, coffee machine and (cooking) utensils for the appropriate number of people. Many of the properties have additional features such as an oven, microwave or similar.
You will also often find family-run tavernas serving Corfiot dishes within walking distance of all our accommodations
There is something wrong within the accommodation, what can I do?
Kindly notify the owner if something is e.g. missing or it is not fulfilling the standards. Please proceed to contact our CorfuNap Team if the owner is unable to help or can´t satisfy your expectations
Is the airport transfer included?
We do offer private airport transfer (100 €/4 people). For guests arriving by private transport, we will send you road directions to the vacation property in Greek attached to your travel documents (approx. 2-3 weeks before departure)
Is there any breakfast available?
We do not provide breakfast- However all vacation properties offer a well equipped kitchen allowing for self-catering
Is there private swimming pool avaiable to use?
We offer a full variety of CorfuNap properties which some indeed feature a private swimming pool. Take a closer look on our vacation houses section where you will find a detailed property description. As a rule of thumb, pool use is feaasible from mid-May to mid-October.
How far is the beach from the property?
Most of our vacation houses are just a few minutes´walk to the beach
Does the property offers on-site parking?

Is there WIFI available?
All vacation houses listed on our website feature free WIFI. As the network in Corfu is not well developed all around, there may be situations where you experience occasional outages or a slower connection. WIFI connection usually provides coverage in most rooms and on the terrace. Depending on the construction, size and location of the vacation home, we cannot guarantee coverage throughout the full house and garden.
Is the garden big enough for children to play?
The majority of our holiday homes feature a large, private backyard. You will have at your disposal garden furniture such as tables, deck chairs, hammocks and even children toys
Are all accommodations pet-friendly?
Some of them yes (max. 1) whereas registration is required. Have a look on our holiday home section for a detailed description on properties
Do I have to bring my own bed linen and towels?
Bed linen and towels are provided and are changed regularly
I need a baby crib, are there any?
Yes, baby cribs are available and can be provided free of charge. Provided that the maximum occupancy of the respective accommodation is not exceeded
Do you need electricity adapters on Corfu?
No, there is 220 V alternating current everywhere on Corfu, adapters are not required!
I have caused damage to the rented vacation home. How to proceed?
We kindly ask tenants (also in your own interest) to treat the vacation properties with care and always respecting the owner’s homes. The tenant is fully liable for any damage caused. Please settle this with your landlord. Of course, we at CorfuNap are happy to asssist you during this process, especially if there should be any communication issue
Booking
Is there a contact person?
Yes, exclusively at CorfuNap we can assist you both online and directly on spot in a multi-language setting: Greek, English, German and Spanish. Therefore, if you have any additional questions you would like to address, do not hesitate to contact us
I would like to make a booking! How and when do I pay?
Once you have received your booking confirmation from CorfuNap, you´ll need to transfer the funds -20%- of the invoice amount within a one-week period. The remaining amount is due four weeks before departure.
Payment is made by bank transfer
How do I receive the booking confirmation?
We will send you the booking confirmation to the email address you provided
When will I receive the keys?
Directly on site: the homeowner will show you the property and hand over the keys
Are all additional costs including cleaning and taxes included in the price?
Yes! However, please keep in mind that a tourist tax (environmental fee) has been implemented in Greece since 2023. This is (depending on the accommodation category) between €1,50 and €10 per accommodation/night and is charged on site.
When can we proceed with the check-in? By when do we have to leave the accommodation?
At CorfuNap we always try our best to fulfill your expectations thus we often offer a flexible check-in/out policy. If you are arriving or departing particularly early or late, please contact us and we´ll coordinate whether an early check-in is possible or whether you can stay longer in your accommodation on the day of departure.
How do I find the specific address of the accommodation?
You will receive this together with detailed, illustrated road directions with your travel documents approximately 2-3 weeks before the start of your trip.
Can I make a non-binding reservation for vacation accommodation?
Yes, this is generally possible for a limited period of 1-2 days. Please contact us in regard to the vacation property you are interested in and we will assist you promptly
